INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The newsletter of TUNNEL EURALPIN LYON TURIN (hereinafter “TELT”) is published on the company’s website and sent by email automatically and free of charge to those who wish to receive it by filling in the form on the dedicated page.

The data provided will be processed using IT and electronic tools solely for the purpose of providing the requested service and will therefore be retained only for as long as the service remains active.

The legal basis for this processing is based on tasks carried out in the public interest or, in any case, related to the exercise of public authority entrusted to TELT in order to promote knowledge of activities, planning and progress of the works, as the public promoter for the design, construction and operation of the cross-border section of the Franco-Italian common part of the new mixed passenger and freight Lyon–Turin rail link.

The data will be processed exclusively by TELT SAS staff responsible for managing the newsletter service in France and Italy, or by companies explicitly appointed as processors (e.g. software providers or for website technical maintenance purposes).

No transfer of collected data to non-EU countries or international organisations is envisaged.

Data subjects have the right to obtain from TELT access to personal data and, where applicable, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, or the right to object to processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). Requests should be addressed to the Data Controller by contacting the DPO at the above address.

Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data via this service is in violation of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority under Article 77 or to seek judicial remedy under Article 79.
